Hello there— my name is Kailyn Hooley, I live and work in Anchorage, Alaska on Dena'ina lands.

Growing up, I used to spend hours flipping through old family photos to connect with the past. I developed a special interest in the photographs taken by my Grandma Hooley. She was a woman who saw beauty in the everyday moments, seeing what others missed.

I began taking my own images and I haven’t stopped. In 2018, inspired by my grandmother’s legacy, I received my BFA in Photography from Pacific Northwest College of Art.

The space we share together is inclusive and safe. Love is love as they say, so come as you are.
